Sometimes the Green Team will play is what is called The President's Cup which is still a state-wide tournament but generally a lower level that the Maryland State Cup. Think of the President's Cup as the MIT as opposed to the NCAA tournament. In general, the "State Cup Teams" refers to the non-Development Academy teams at all levels. U12 does not play in the State Cup. Also, U12s play 9v9.[/quote]
