Truthfully, I feel it's unrealistic to expect to,fill the teaching workforce with people who truly love their students on the same level that they would love their own kids. Do we expect our kid's coaches to feel the same way? And most of them probably know their players on a more personal level than a middle school teacher would. [/quote]
