As a woman who walks around DC and loves it, it unsettles me to think a violent murderer will be out by 2049 (maybe earlier with parole). What about all the killers from the 1990s? They're out now too. Where does DC send its violent killers/prisoners anyway? An out of state facility? Do they bus them back at the end of the sentence?[/quote]
