I wore tampons AND A PAD, and would still leak sometimes before I could get to the bathroom to change the whole set up. The day I found OB ultras changed my life. And sometimes they would still leak. I was heavy, but within the range of normal. But when mine got heavy, it was a river for several hours.[/quote]
