[/quote] There are limited slots—480. But FCPS is different from other jurisdictions. They choose the top kids. But LCPS, APS, etc. have a hard cap on the number of kids they will pay tuition for. If more kids qualify, they are not offered slots. FCPS has no such cap. They will take any kid who qualifies. [/quote]
