If lots and lots of kids don’t know the standards, your score doesn’t change because of that. (I’m not defending the parcc or the common core, just pointing out the score isn’t relative.)[/quote] They include relative percentages, you performed better than X% of the students in your school and Y% of the students in DCPS, etc.[/quote]
