My dr told me to eat when I get hungry at work not at a set time and 11 is basically the time... sometimes it is 10. Also my son plays sports so ideally I eat at 6 but sometimes it's 8... or I eat without him. I also get acid reflux if I eat too late... so there is that. [/quote]
