I don’t remember for my first transfer but for the more recent one (which was just a few weeks ago) the first shot had to be taken in the AM and then another shot the same day in the evening. That was a Sunday. Then the remaining shots were in the evening, just one a day. Transfer was Friday AM. All shots were same dose - 1 ml. [/quote]
