6k is about the lowest a club can get away with paying a coach. I've heard as much as 25k a team for some DA or Ecnl teams. Usually those come with added commitments so not much time to supplement that.

At most, a coach can reasonably coach 3 teams a year, so potentially could make 50-60k depending on club/team/age group/license/experience.

Director pay can really vary. Executive directors make a lot at big clubs, TDs and DOCs vary a bit. Anything below that in the org chart can vary. When you add up the director and coaching pay, you won't find many making over 70k.[/quote]

It does.....the reality is that most of these Clubs are registered as non-profit organizations meaning their ED salaries are posted in their annual 990 form (I believe that is the form anyways).

ED for Alexandria pulled in over $350k a couple of years ago and the club only brought in around $2.5 million. Seems like a lot..[/quote][/quote]
