You rent at the ground level counter and then take an elevator to whatever garage level they direct you to based on rental company then you’ll pick up a car and you’re done . And SJC is almost always the easiest Bay Area airport to Usenet- less delays (sfo has weather issues and is ancient, Oakland airport is ok s long as you don’t get out of your car - very bad area) [/quote]
