Hucker has his opinion. He did not violate the Twitter ToS with that tweet. He also didn't reach many people with it, as he has 2,000-ish followers. When you don't like things on Twitter and you don't want to log off, you may find that the mute button is useful. Starting a DCUM thread about a tweet, particularly a tweet that's been retweeted once and liked 8 times seems like a lot of drama. Also, the dude has a DSA rose in his username. You know what you're going to get when you read his tweets and follow him.
"Learn to code" didn't violate Twitter's ToS, either, but users still got banned for #learntocode in replying to tweets about journalists being laid off. Let's not pretend Twitter is impartial and unbiased, ok? They are as partisan as any other leftist org.
The “learn to code” tweets were removed because they were deemed targeted harassment, which is a TOS violation. The tweets started when 4chan users selected certain individuals to target and directed myriad users to use the same phrase in their harassment campaign. Some laid-off journalists received hundreds of these messages, and many of them were also accompanied by anti-Semitic illustrations. So, if/when Hucker organizes a mob of thousands of Twitter users to harass Cuccinelli by using the same phrase over and over and over again, then you’ll have a case. If you truly think the situations are commensurate, social media must be constantly aggravating to you. I recommend avoiding Twitter altogether.
