What is calorically dense about those?[/quote] They aren’t, but the diet also has you avoid grains, most dairy, red meat, etc which means you can’t eat most calorically dense foods. People on this diet are eating low calorie foods like vegetables and lean protein, which is why they lose weight. Not because they avoided tomatoes and cherries. [/quote]
