Here's the deal: solidcore is very, very effective for building muscle, particularly if you go 2-3 times/week. It's also expensive and harder work than most people want to put in. If you can get proper instruction and would prefer something cheaper and less painful, lifting weights is also really effective. It all comes down to your preferences. I *love* my solidcore, so that's a huge bonus of the workout. I don't think CorePower belongs in the same realm for muscle building as these two.[/quote]
