However, other parts of the country, as well as most surrounding counties, manage to pay subs more than FCPS. I'm not sure if you were talking about paying for the FOIA; if so, I would say FCPS has a history of being really shady about the whole sub situation and don't mind my tax dollars being used to highlight the problems that's caused.[/quote] Sorry.
