An SUV driver does this, and its no big deal. Look, we don't have to ban cars, or even SUVs. But we should traffic calm that part of Pennsylvania Avenue, as DDOT has proposed, IIUC, but not yet implemented. Changes like that need to be accelerated in DC and in the suburbs. And when people complain about pedestrians, about scooter riders, and about bike riders, they need to keep some perspective. [/quote]
