I mean, that would be very unusual in Takoma Park. Almost impossible to imagine. I can't help but think that there are many small towns in parts of the US where people are disparaging Democrats outwardly, so that's probably a better analogy. I wouldn't live in or visit any of those places willingly though. I do welcome what TKPK does, but obviously that's because I think it's justified.

Do you live in Takoma Park? It is probably even less Republican than DC-proper, which is to say less than 4-5% of voters. There are TONS of anti-Trump things all over if you are paying attention - some more and some less subtle, some permanent some more temporary (I am being vague here to protect people with provocative yard displays). If you don't live here, there's likely not much reason to come. So I guess the good news is that if it bothers you it is easy to stay away![/quote]
