i did not find the ordering of the list or odds of making it off the list at all straightforward. i guess some of that is by design, in case they have a preferred family (sibling of current child in care, worker's child, etc) that gets on the list after you, but it's still frustrating. we called a lot to pester and inquire, but honestly i'm not sure that helped.[/quote]
