I had an all-around great experience at CCRM (did 3 previous fresh cycles and many FETs at GW that were nothing but headaches). I found everyone I interacted with to be very caring, compassionate, and professional. I did not encounter any disorganization. With monitoring, you get an appointment time always with your primary doctor. No set monitoring hours or waiting in line for a spot. My RE would schedule me later around 10 AM, as I had a long drive from Baltimore. I found them to be very accommodating of my schedule.
thanks. Did you have success there yet? Who was your Dr?
I saw Dr. M, and Maureen was my nurse. Both were awesome. My nurse at GW was awful (she sent me the wrong medication dosages with someone else’s monitoring results once). From experience, I strongly believe a good nurse makes all the difference in having things run smoothly. My first transfer with CCRM was successful. I’m 11 weeks, but I’m taking things very cautiously as I have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss. Good luck!
