It's so subjective and this can be a really dangerous path to go down. I'm 5'4'' 126 lbs. I'd like drop 5 lbs., but I wear a size 2 and know objectively that I'm fairly skinny. I have some level of body image issues that were a lot worse in college. At that time, I was 5'3'' 110 lbs. and thought I was fat. I look at pictures of myself from then and realize how rail-thin I was. I easily wore a size 0 and sometimes that was loose on me. I was really unhealthy. Anyway, my point is that what's skinny and what's not is subjective and fixating on it can lead to body dysmorphia, where you don't have a clear perception of what your own body even looks like.
And I'm the same height as you, weigh 100 lb more and as long as my dr says my heart and labs are healthy, I'm not worried about it. Aesthetics are just that - there's not one universal that says ONLY skinny can be beautiful.
Yeah, our bodies can do weird things. My husband could stand to lose 20-30 lbs (he's working on it) but his cholesterol and everything else, labwork-wise, has been great. My dad is 5'8'' 160 lbs., and eats ridiculously healthy, and just went through quintuple bypass surgery for massive amounts of blockages. Doctor said it was totally just a genetic condition where he amassed crap in his heart.
