When you drink while in ketosis you are risking your health. Of course not everyone has the same effects, but the lack of carbs in your body makes you get drunk much faster. Some have even been known to black out after one drink. Please be careful.
My tolerance has gone way down but so has my weight. Usually when you lose weight, your tolerance goes way down regardless of your diet. Keto keeps your blood sugar on an even level all day with no big highs or lows. Alcohol lowers your blood sugar and that is why some people run into alcohol tolerance problems. I have learned to make sure that I have something on my stomach before I eat - very important. If I do that, I can enjoy me some wine. I just have to watch how much I consume. But that's true whether I'm on Keto or not.
