Okay, I'll bite.  I'm a Spirit parent. I never said we were the best though. We aren't. I'm waiting to see what's going to happen with these new developments. I AM happy that I'm not at FCV and facing the drive to Springfield....  I'd rather be on a team that loses but develops my kid and lets her also have enough time to get her schoolwork done....[/quote]

So Spirit parent, we should ever the development that you expect the rest of us believe is happening just because Spirit coaches are telling you so and we should envy the uncertainty of whether Spirit will be around in a year?

Loudoun parent, you want us to envy the crappy soccer your teams play that by U13 stop yielding results, leaving you without development and without results?  BTW, ECNL travel and costs are higher than GDA.

VDA &  BRYC parents, you want us to envy what exactly about your clubs?  Directors that think WAY too highly of themselves and (with BRYC) will stab you in the back at first opportunity?

McLean, we appreciate the class-act Clyde Watson but after Clyde what should we be envious of?

Arlington is kickball central but is probably most stable, most strategic and best run club top to bottom in the DC Metro so maybe something to envy there.
