[/quote] Agree, it was an honest mistake on the employees part. Take the gift cards and give out if you have a picnic over the summer or at the holidays. They were an idiot for agreeing to use their own money but in many companies, including large ones, for things like travel you pay and get reimbursed SO this may be a normal thing to do at your company and in that case it made sense they did it.[/quote]
