Sorry, but this is pure BS. And when they get a rebate, it comes out of MY pocket! These companies take advantage of the US legal system, financial markets, education, clear air, etc., they should pay their fair share. I am amazed more people aren't upset. Additionally,

So change the laws. We voted for the politicians who put in place these laws. Next time you vote for the government to give tax credits to encourage scientific research and development, know that some of that money is going to offset the tax liabilities of a company like Amazon. Next time you vote for the government to encourage revitalization of under-developed neighborhoods, know that some of that tax credit is going to offset the tax liabilities of a company like Amazon. Next time you vote for favorable tax treatment for employee ownership of company shares, know that some of that favorable treatment is going to benefit a company like Amazon. [/quote]
