I did not go into every detail which is why you may think my symptoms are mild. They are not. It's a fight every day to make sure I exercise and do uplifting things and still it makes it harder to work, be a good mom and spouse. These emotions are taking their toll and really just want to feel at peace. Yoga aint gonna do that.I am not functioning at a decent level and the sanwich isn't going to be done for a long, long time. I don't feel very hopeful about the future. I don't have any suicidal ideation, but I do have a dark cloud I am constantly contending with.[/quote]
