Just to pee.  I laid on the couch the rest of the time.  My mom  (who is retired) came over to help me out during the day.

I agree with other posters that I'm not sure the evidence supports it.  But my clinic (ORM) has good success rates and I just felt better feeling like I was doing something.  Also, it was kind of nice to feel like I could focus on the embryo implanting instead of work or anything like that.  Not sure if my patience would have held up/will hold up for multiple transfers though - so far, it worked the first time, fortunately. [/quote]
