Raised to $20 over her time with us. But only one infant (5 months and up). It'll be harder and pricier to get a nanny for a work from home parent and to do additional pickups. It was worth it to me since I had no worries about drop off and pickup and she tidied the baby's space and did laundry for her and made some food. Oh and we withheld taxes, paid our portion, offered paid time off, sick leave and overtime pay. [/quote]
