+1  Each team is run individually under the parent umbrella, it is not a typical club structure.  Try outs are for the indiv teams not the club.  Some of the age groups have many teams with each team's style/competitive level more determined by the individual coach.  There is a very broad range of competitive range, from very competitive to more like a classic +  team.  Not implying a bad thing - there is a fit for a lot of kids.  But a blanket merger would seem unusual.   Moving specific teams w/coaches to BSC would not seem unusual - and that has happened in the past with potomac coaches bringing kids.    [/quote]
