I'd really look at the fluid intake. Yellow urine means dehydration and not enough water going through his system to flush the toxins. Kidneys are amazing clearing organs. But they need water and liquid to work. I'd also focus on water heavy fruit like watermelon, oranges. If he's not eating veggie or meat where is he getting his vitamin b and iron from? Too much dairy can also inhibit iron absorption. Does he eat beans? I'd do a multivitamin with B complex. Dairy is good but also focus on fermented dairy like yogurt and kefir and not just cheese and milk.
It is the first time I hear of kefir, it sounds healthy. Can a child consume it daily? And, it is the first time I hear not eating veggie or meat may make a child deficient in vitamin B. He does not eat bean unfortunately. So, multvitamin is not good enough, it must be multivitamin with "B complex" because of not eating veggie & meat?
Yes you can drink kefir (watch the added sugar content) and other fermented things every day. No you don't need a specific b complex vitamin just an overall kids one. One can live a very healthy vegetarian lifestyle but it takes a little more work and a lot of vegetables to get many of the nutrients which are easier to find in meat and fish in larger quantities. How old is your child? Some immune system components can be helped by a good diet, a lot of rest etc. some are inherent or sogns of other issues like sinuses etc but eating more vegetables and drinking more water can't hurt.
