My 3 year old is a picky eater, on the skinny & small size. He does not eat any meat/vegetable, and he loves dairy products, fruit & carbs. He has been sick so often recently that I want to find ways to boost up his immune system. His urine has been so yellowish that I have been forcing him to drink more fluid as well. I want him to have a stronger body, any sport activities/supplement/advice that can help?
How to get your small child to not be sick all the time and to grow normally? You could always start with feeding him food. Actual food. That means meat and vegetables. It's worked for billions of people over literally thousands of years. There's a pretty good chance it will work for your child too. Really.
