I normally bring Greek yogurt/overnight oats with chopped apples, cinnamon and Splenda for breakfast, and I really love it. Instead of eating that for breakfast, my plan this week is to eat 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, my standard lunch, and then eat the Greek yogurt thing for a snack if I need it. I follow the 21 day fix all my meals for the week will (hopefully) fall within my allotted food for the day. Fingers crossed it works! [/quote]
