You have some nerve saying lower-income families don't value education as much as richer families do. If anything they value it MORE because they understand it's the only way for their kids to have a better life than they have. [/quote] Same here except from Europe. Raised their kids in poor and blue collar neighborhoods and most of them went on to higher education and led successful lives. Lots of poor families have always put a high value on education.
