What if a wealthy childless person waited too long to look for assisted living, and by the time they absolutely needed it, they didn't have the mental facilities to go about doing it. I have to assume this is not uncommon. Are these people who usually just end up dying in their home in their 80's through a fall or not taking care of their medical conditions.
