I don't think that is true.....I'm pretty sure they are the raw numbers.  It had the same message last year and they were the raw numbers

I heard that the TAG office was still sorting out the TAG eligibility of private school and homeschool kids a few days ago.

I am not sure how this may affect my child who is applying from outside the PGCPS system for the TAG program in the 3rd grade since I am not sure how much sibling placement comes into play in an off year nor how many people even apply and how many openings they have on an off year.  I know it gets harder to get in as the years go on. That’s all I know. It’s all so confusing. [/quote]

Sibling preference doesn't apply to non-entry years.  For TAG entry year is considered 2nd grade.  So for 3rd grade sibling preference won't impact you at all.  All of the TAG elementary school centers except Accokeek Academy made it through their waitlists last year for 2nd and 3rd grade and they opened back up for applications in July.
