IQ is only one component of a person’s makeup. Someone with a low average IQ can absolutely do well academically. Sometimes people with higher IQs gets lazy. School comes easier for them and they don’t learn what it’s like to try. Learning to work consistently and through frustration is invaluable as an adult.[/quote]
