I’d say the range is 16-20 per hour depending on number of hours and if there’s overtime etc. you don’t just get a “warm body” for 20. Some nannies are much better than others and engage more with the children and love them — and this certainly isn’t a function of their pay. Op as you look for someone, my advice would be to be open to people who don’t speak perfect English. It opened up a much broader pool of candidates for me and I found and amazing warm loving kind nanny. [/quote]
