If you're working with an RE - perhaps it's possible to retrieve eggs and freeze embryos while you sort out how to address the hydrosalpinx.  It might be good to get several opinions on it if you haven't already.  I'd be hesitant to accept a single opinion that I wasn't a candidate for the standard treatment.[/quote]
