If your goal is weight loss you need to focus on your diet. That said I would probably pick OTF because there are some weights involved, but if you enjoy cycling then do that. In the big picture it really doesn't matter. Diet will always be most important.[/quote] I'm doing Keto and IF at the same time. I already lost 16 lbs since the beginning if the year. Im starting to hit a platue in weight loss that's why I'm trying to find new strategies for weight loss. Diet wise, I can't do more than what I'm doing, starvation is not an option for me.[/quote] are you tracking calories? because keto is really just a way to help reduce calorie, but it is still possible to eat too many calories on keto. I also find that too much cardio increases my appetite in a way that lifting weights doesn't. [/quote]
