I'd stay in the neighborhood, and certainly would not move just for PK3. Look at the PK3s on your way to work or convenient to your commute and pick from one of those. Most DCPS schools do ECE well, and you're currently IB for a good feeder to MS/HS. Also, Oyster doesn't feed to Deal, it feeds to Adams, hence Oyster-Adams. Adams feeds to Wilson. [/quote]
