Then put down your typical breakfast and lunch foods.  Now you have a grocery list, a meal plan, and a grocery day.
Week 3:  organize the clutter.  My best tip is to hide it.  Clean is 90% perception.  Get some canvas bins and put them in your playroom.  Throw all of the toys inside.  Put other stuff in closets, under beds, and out of the way.  Now, at least your home appears neat.

There is obviously more to do.  Morning and evening routines, laundry, getting kids involved, finding days of reckoning for all of the stuff in your closets, etc.  But I think this is a good place to start.  If you can sleep well and are well fed, everything else looks a little easier.
