The whole budget process is a sham[/quote] You can go back to initial vs. submitted budgets for prior years to see what was changed and approved. But then compare it to what a school has. Mine had something like 14 ELL teachers allocated, 12 approved, but only 10 listed on the roster as ELL teachers. No idea where the positions or money went. [/quote]
