I also am a teacher.  I am glad that you think that you were able to talk the father down.  The teacher may have irreparably harmed her rep by listening to your advice.  I hope that you discuss it with her (if her principal hasn't already) and told her that you gave her bad advice and that she should not have showered without her swimsuit in front of her students. You just never know how people will react and she needs to know that she will be judged by everyone else's value system and she needs to adjust for that.[/quote]
