We conceived our first two children really quickly. Two months of trying for baby 1 and 3 months of trying for baby 2. Our youngest is 2 and we are trying for baby 3. We think there was a problem with the sample (too long of time before analysis and cold temperature) but not sure if there is actually a problem or not. I posted about this already asking about semen analysis results on this forum.

I am just wondering if it’s possible for dh to literally have no viable sperm when 2 years ago it was fine. He has gotten super out of shape (20 lbs over weight) and is stressed and drinks too much. He was also popping Sudafed like they were candy for over a year due to allergies (although he stopped that 6 months ago). I assume all of this would dramatically affect speed quality. Could this be reversed?
