I did the test in the morning after having a cup of coffee and a piece of toast. I read somewhere that your TSH changes throughout the day. [/quote] TSH under 2.0 is good. If you do IVF, you can ask them to include it in your testing and keep any eye on the number yourself. If it goes over 2.0 while you're cycling, I'd consider asking for thyroid hormone supplementation. [/quote]
