You are guaranteed a spot at Noyes and Whittier if you put it so if getting into at least one school is a priority for you then you should be prepared to be matched if you decide to put either one. My sense is that Whittier is stronger than Noyes. You will not get into Seaton OOB and it is highly unlikely that you would get into Garrison OOB, especially if you put it that low on your list. Very few kids got in OOB last year and even less will this year. Both schools will be much more competitive to get into OOB because of the closure of Ross PK3. If you are looking for a strong safety in Brookland, I would put Burroughs.
Is Seaton harder to get into than Garrison OOB? Garrison has the fancy reno and slightly higher scores, but that's really all I know about it.
The new principal is getting some traction and doubling down on music programming. As befits the location! I think they are both pretty hard for PK3, much easier for Pk4. It depends on what OP's plan is. If she is content with Noyes in the event of a bad number, then sure, shoot the moon with hard to get into schools. If she wants something that is a safety as a step up from Noyes, Seaton and Garrison are not safe enough to fill that role.
