My toddler has picked up crack pipes, we are sometimes accosted by people on K2, people are living on the basketball court. It's actually beyond normal "city living"[/quote] +1. I work a block from MV and it is far outside the norm for city living. I see people OD'ing multiple times a week. Generalizing and minimizing does a disservice to the ongoing drug crisis happening there.[/quote]
