My weight loss journey is going to take months. I cannot restrict myself from treats and other "forbidden" foods for the duration. It just has to be in moderation. Moderation can be a small cookie at night or a fruitcake once every 2 weeks. Yesterday I had a glass of wine, a few cookies, a 2 slices of pizza. Definitely blew my calorie count for the day, but today is a new day and I'm back on track.[/quote] That's a healthy viewpoint. I think I'm going to make it through today w/o stumbling. I do plan on allowing myself some treats closer to Christmas. I'm hopeful that tomorrow will be a less tempting day for me :)[/quote]
