We should be striving to make our society MORE inclusive and accessible-not less.[/quote] I'm hearing impaired (totally deaf in one ear, partially deaf in the other). I can't watch TV or a movie at home without subtitles. I don't think movie theaters should do this, and I don't think any person who is against it is "terrible". The number of hearing impaired people in the world is not large, and it is not necessary to cater to them (including ME) at the expense of annoying everyone else.[/quote]
