All the time. It's so funny that I'm far happier with my (slightly heavier) body in my 30s than I ever was with my tall, skinny body of my teens and early 20s. The biggest lessen I want to teach my daughters as they grow older is self-confidence. It will take you so far in life, and it's something I wish I became stronger in at a much younger age.
OP here. This describes me too. I also think its because I have daughters and want them to feel good. Although to be honest my opinion of myself had nothing to do with my mother growing up. She modeled good habits and was very complementary in a sincere way of me and my sisters all through our lives really.
