[/quote] This. I was the assistant last year that worked with a very inexperienced, and uneducated lead teacher. I did the hard work and was the one wiping your child’s bottom. I’ve also worked for wonderful leads that really do a lot. But the assistants are always the one that has to deal with all the gross things.
