Even in Oakland 94618 the average price is $1.45m! Absolutely bonkers.

Totally makes sense - resort town premium.

That said, I'm really surprised that there are no resort towns from Colorado or Utah on that list. Park City, Vail, Aspen, and Boulder are huge $$$$.[/quote]
